Real Estate Management | Facility Operations | Team Leadership

I’ve been with Liberty One since its early days in 2003 and have been fortunate to grow alongside the company as it expanded its reach and services. Over the years, I’ve contributed to building our operations from the ground up—helping to develop systems, support our teams, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.

Much of my work has centered around managing facility operations for homeless shelters throughout New York City. These environments require a high level of responsiveness, care, and coordination. I’ve overseen everything from day-to-day maintenance and emergency repairs to compliance with city regulations and health and safety standards. I understand the importance of maintaining spaces that are not only functional, but dignified and safe for those we serve.

In addition to shelter work, my background spans real estate management and facility oversight across supportive housing, commercial properties, and public spaces. I’ve also led construction and renovation efforts—including gut rehabs and site upgrades—with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

I strive to lead with a steady, solutions-focused approach, always prioritizing teamwork, communication, and keeping both employees and clients supported. My goal has always been to keep things moving forward—practically, efficiently, and with purpose.
