Currently serving as HR Director for a real estate company that manages a significant portion of the shelter system in New York City, a role held since 2021. In this position, I oversee critical human resource operations, support leadership on workforce strategy, and manage complex employee relations matters within a highly regulated environment.
Previously, I spent 17 years as an HR Director at another real estate organization, where I served as the primary liaison between management and the legal department for all matters related to the collective bargaining agreement with Local 32BJ. I handled union-related cases, employee relations issues, and investigations involving harassment and discrimination claims filed with the EEOC and other agencies, including state, federal, and private entities, working directly under the guidance of the General Counsel.
